Restorative postures with stress relief and centering techniques. By practicing stillness and gentle movement, body and mind will be relaxed and restored.
Broken Body Yoga. Yoga inspired stretching for guys. This session is designed for retuning overworked bodies. Guys with sport, life and work related strains and injuries who need to start the repair. So you can get back to doing what you really enjoy. This is blue collar style; so no chanting, no freaky music and no chimes. Sorry girls, this class is for guys only!
A mixed level practice that will allow you to explore your foundations, embed alignment and offer new challenges in your practice.
Designed for all levels, vinyasa (meaning to flow without resistance) has an emphasis on moving with your breath. This class is full of dynamic movement and creative transitions, to leave your mind and body feeling free and energized.
Breath focused, deep flowing practice with music. We explore mindful movement, paying full attention to the journey, not just the destination. Slowing down helps to develop the mind/body connection while cultivating self-exploration.
Power & Restore AKA
Yin/Restorative postures are held for 3-5 minutes to release connective tissue and deeply held, stagnant energy. The Yang/Power practice involves standing flow that allows you to work through more active postures and movement before returning to a deep, final relaxation.

Let the weekend begin…….a session to end the working week. Tune in, turn on, undo and get down to the business of letting go. A fun practice that's filled with music and smiles.
A restorative practice where poses are held for long periods of time. Yin targets the connective tissue (fascia), ligaments and joints, which may not be a focus in more active styles. Awareness is drawn deeply inwards as you sit in the pose, sparking internal inquiry and mindfulness.
Extend your practice
This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. We focus on building alignment and strength to extend your practice. Each class will work on development towards a peak pose: backbends, arm balances, hip openers, inversion, and balances.
